Reformer classes, beginners and mixed ability, are 50 minutes duration.
£18.00 per class for a package of 10 classes booked and paid for in advance.
£20 for a single, one off session.
A private session that is tailored and focused on your needs, fitness level and goals.
These sessions will give you the one to one attention, a personalised programme, that will give you the confidence to enable you to progress at your own pace.
