Focusing on strengthening, lengthening and toning the whole body, to improve posture, flexibility, balance and coordination, through a targeted series of full-body exercises, using your body weight as resistance.
All exercises can be modified and adapted to be suitable for beginners, for those improving, intermediate, or for those preferring to continue at a steady pace due to medical problems such as low back pain or mobility problems.

Matwork classes, at Drakes Broughton Village Hall, are £8.50 per class if purchased, in advance, as a package of 6 classes.
£10 for a single, one off session.
A private matwork session that is tailored and focused on your needs, fitness level and goals.
These sessions, in our private studio, will give you the one to one attention, personalised programmes, that will give you confidence to enable you to progress at your own pace.
Sessions are available on request and subject to studio and instructor availability.

We focus on controlled breathing, and quality of movement, to help improve stability, balance and posture. It's a great way to stay in shape while reducing the risk of injury.
