Most of our classes are 50 minutes long. Private sessions are 60 minutes duration.
We recommend wearing comfortable leggings, workout clothes, that allow for a full range of motion.
Grip socks are required for all classes in the studio.
Mats and other small equipment, Pilates balls, bands, Pilates rings, foam rollers etc., are provided in the studio for private sessions.
Please bring along your own mat etc. to all off-site classes.
All Pilates sessions must be paid for at the time of booking online via the Acuity Scheduling booking system - see 'Book & Schedule Appointment'
If you are unable to attend a class you can reschedule your booking to another date/class (minimum 24 hour notIice).
All payments are non-refundable.
INDIVIDUAL CLASS BOOKINGS
Expire within 6 weeks from date of purchase. If you are unable to attend your original booking, the session can be rescheduled, and needs to be attended within 6 weeks from date of purchase.
BLOCK BOOKINGS
We offer options to purchase blocks of classes. Use the certificate code and hyperlink 'schedule', detailed on the Payment Receipt, to book classes. Block bookings are valid for 90 days - all 10 classes of the block need to be attended within 90 days from date of purchase.
There is free of charge street parking, outside the studio.
